losing 10lbs in 10days

Breakfast
1 cup strawberries
½ cup serving plain yogurt
1 cup tomato juice.

Lunch
1 banana
Lettuce/tomato salad with lemon juice
1 cup vegetable soup

Dinner
1 orange
1 cup Steamed Brussels sprouts
1 cup onion soup
